Cloudways: Can you share an experience when your previous host failed during the OLED-info launch? What issues did you face, and how did it impact your business?
Ron Mertens: We launched OLED-Info back in 2004, and for the first twenty years, we used a dedicated server from one of the leading providers. However, we had three main issues:
Issue #1: We had peak demands, especially when we sent out newsletters, which resulted in crashes.
Issue #2: The cost of the dedicated server was very high.

Ron Mertens: We didn’t get direct feedback from advertisers, but we noticed the site crashing during peak demand.
