We’ve restructured application logs as part of our upcoming public preview for the new Cloudways stack. This update improves clarity and consistency across log files.
New applications will be provisioned on a new log structure by default. A network-wide update will also be rolled out soon to bring existing applications in line.

All Autonomous subscribers can now request free managed migrations when moving websites into Autonomous. Migrations are fully handled by the Cloudways team and apply within current plan limits.
