Khurram Qureshi: While our agency operates under the name DigiPix Inc., we have multiple sub-divisions with slight name variations, particularly in the AI and consultancy sectors. Our motto is Passion for Perfection, but perfection is an obsession to us. That’s why, from our Ajax-based office in the east end of Toronto, Canada, we continuously push the boundaries of research, innovation, and development with forward-thinking strategies and cutting-edge solutions.

Cloudways: Tell us about yourself. Your name, what is your designation at the agency?

Khurram Qureshi: My name is Khurram Qureshi, and I am the founder of DigiPix Inc. and its sub-divisions. As the driving force behind the company, I oversee strategy and operations along with business consultancy, where I lead our clients through their business consulting and digital marketing journey with innovative and results-driven strategies.

Ultimately, my role involves leading a talented team, shaping our services, and staying ahead of industry trends to help our clients thrive and stand out in the digital landscape.

Cloudways: What are your core responsibilities?

Khurram Qureshi: As the Founder, I dabble in much more than overseeing the flow of business. At DigiPix Inc., we believe in interacting with every step of our development phase from the ground up to ensure fruitful results.

This means that I hold one-on-one meetings with clients, develop strategic business plans, act as the face of the business in networking and public speaking sectors, and ultimately manage budgeting, funding, and investment strategies.

Cloudways: What services does your agency provide, and how many clients do you currently have? Please tell us a bit about your agency here, like what you guys do? Your team size, which market do you serve? Your USP, etc.

Khurram Qureshi: At our agency, we offer a range of services, including business consultation, media production, website development, and marketing. However, what really sets us apart is our boutique approach.

Unlike many agencies, we don’t just focus on building websites. We dive into all aspects of marketing and offer personalized, one-on-one consulting. Our goal is to guide our clients through the entire process, providing direction and mentoring to help them succeed.

We also specialize in working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and startups, tailoring our services to meet their specific needs. Not to mention, our team is made up of 12 dedicated professionals, and we pride ourselves on not rushing through projects or focusing on hitting monthly sales targets. Instead, our mission is to deliver top-tier results that truly uplift our clients, both online and offline, through continuous consulting and mentoring.

Cloudways: How did you first hear about Cloudways? Name one major problem that you were facing that made you switch to Cloudways. Something that was the tipping point, and how Cloudways fixed that for you.

Khurram Qureshi: We first came across Cloudways through DigitalOcean, which we’ve always loved. However, we were facing manual management on DigitalOcean and back and forth on tickets. So, we really needed a managed hosting solution, and that is when we decided to make the switch to Cloudways.

One of the major reasons we switched was the fantastic support we received from Cloudways. Their team is incredibly helpful and approachable; there’s never any offbeat attitude, just real support.

Cloudways: Before Cloudways, which hosting solution you used? Are you using any other hosting service currently? If “Yes,” Why?

Khurram Qureshi: Of course we did. Truth be told, before switching to Cloudways, we used a variety of hosting solutions. We first started off with GoDaddy hosting, then gradually moved on to HostGator. In the midst of that, we even tried a hand at InMotion Hosting and cPanel with DigitalOcean for a while.

However, none of these really met our needs for a seamless, managed hosting experience. It always felt as if we were missing a puzzle piece, which kept us from truly achieving our goals. That was when we stumbled across Cloudways and decided to take the leap!

Cloudways: What was your experience like with Cloudways when you first signed up? Please tell us about your first impressions.

Khurram Qureshi: From the moment we signed up with Cloudways, our experience has been great. The support team has been excellent, super friendly, no attitude, and always ready to help. We really appreciated their go-getter attitude.

What stood out to us was how resourceful the support team is. I’ve shared several ideas and suggestions, and they took them to the senior teams and actually implemented them. The ticketing system is also fantastic—it makes everything so much smoother.

Cloudways: In your opinion, what sets us apart from other hosting providers? How has our in-built support for Php-based apps such as WordPress, Laravel and Magento made matters easier for you?

Khurram Qureshi: The genuine, no-nonsense approach sets Cloudways apart for us. Unlike other hosting providers, where there are often false promises and overselling, Cloudways has always been upfront and reliable.

We primarily use WordPress, and the support team has been incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to deploying small updates to .htaccess and other files. They’ve made sure everything goes smoothly, and for that, we’re extremely thankful.

Cloudways: How do you use Cloudways to solve your client’s problem(s)?

Khurram Qureshi: We use Cloudways to solve our client’s problems by relying on the excellent support we get from their team. Our clients know us well, and they understand that we’re serious about delivering tangible results. The last thing we want is to waste their time.

Cloudways: Out of three cloud providers available on Cloudways, which one(s) do you prefer to use and why?

Khurram Qureshi: Our team prefers to use DigitalOcean from the three cloud providers on Cloudways. That’s because it has been a solid choice for us due to its reliability and performance, which align well with the needs of our clients.

Cloudways: How do you resell Cloudways to your clients?

Khurram Qureshi: While we don’t resell Cloudways to our clients, we do recommend Cloudways to industry professionals and include the importance of its services in our blogs. However, our focus lies on ensuring each client is as successful as possible, and we dedicate all our efforts to achieving that.

Cloudways: If you could briefly describe the values you perceive from Cloudways?
