We’re deploying AI where it’s most meaningful to our customers and giving them time back to focus on what matters.

In practical terms, instead of opening a chat dialogue with support to discuss a server issue, you now have access to detailed, proactive AI insights through platform alerts and into your inbox when an issue is detected. AI insights can tell you what went wrong, what caused the problem, and provide a suggested step-by-step resolution guidance for you to take action.
We didn’t stop there. With the general release of Cloudways Copilot, users can also automatically resolve these issues through our Copilot SmartFix feature.

Cloudways Copilot is now available immediately with all new paid accounts of Cloudways Flexible plans and is gradually being rolled-out in phases through September 30th to all existing Cloudways Flexible users. Our Public Preview users have priority access and are part of the first batch of existing users who can access the full feature capability.
